TESAnnwynn is a tool for creating landscape height-maps from .RAW and .BMP images and vice versa for Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, and Skyrim.

TES3Annwyn is a Morrowind-specific version of TESAnnwyn which removes the non-TES3 features of the original such as the ‘LOD2’ .nif generator.

Only the source code has been published, not an official release, so TES3Annwyn must be built from the source code before it can be used.
